Every topic below opens the same form. Picking the right one only decides where the message lands and how quickly it gets read. There is no support queue and no ticket number: nimimo is a small independent product, and a person reads what you send.

Something in the product is not doing what it should: a handle that will not resolve, a payment that did not arrive, a recovery file that will not import. Say which handle and what you expected to happen. One thing we cannot do is recover a seed phrase. nimimo never holds your keys, so there is no copy of them on our side to send you.

Security disclosure

If you have found a vulnerability, report it here before publishing it. Include the steps to reproduce it and what an attacker gets out of it. We will confirm receipt, tell you what we found, and say when it is fixed. nimimo has no bug bounty programme, which we would rather state than let you infer after the fact.

Privacy and data requests

Access, correction, or deletion of the data held against your account, under the GDPR or otherwise. The privacy policy lists what exists to be deleted, which is less than most products hold: an email address, a handle, a profile, and public blockchain addresses. Keys and seed phrases are not on that list because they never reach us.

Questions about the terms, the regulatory posture, or a formal notice. nimimo is non-custodial: it never takes possession of funds, does not exchange or transmit money, and holds no balances on anyone's behalf. If your question turns on whether that is true, the architecture pages set out how it is enforced.

Partnerships and integrations

If you want to resolve nimimo handles inside your own product, you do not need to ask: the resolution API is public, documented, and takes no credentials. Get in touch when you want something the API does not do yet, or when you want to tell us what you built.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover a lost seed phrase, reverse a transaction, freeze an address, or move funds on anyone's behalf. None of these are policy decisions that could be made differently on request. Keys are generated on your device and never leave it, which is the entire point of the product and also the reason the list above is short.
